The process of development of a component is as follows :
 Obtaining Drawing from the Customers,
 Making Process flow diagram,
 Planning & making Process Plan,
 Preparation of Quality Plan.
Manufacturing component as per the process plan & checked as per Quality Plan. •Submission of 5 Nos. of sample to Customer. When sample lot accepted by customer, a pilot lot supplied to the customer with Pre-dispatch Inspection Report, Raw Material analysis report & metallurgical report wherever necessary. If the lot is accepted, the component use to put into production on regular basis & Process Plan, Quality Plan, Process Flow Diagram are finalized and given to the Production Department. If the samples submitted are rejected, then based on inspection report corrective action use to take, if required Process Flow Diagram / Process Plan use to change to suit Customers requirements.
